Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springfield North

My reservation was not on file from Booking.com, even though I had my confirmation email. Called and was on hold more than 29 minutes. I paid cash for my prepaid room so my family could have a room. The manager at the desk was phenomenal and did everything she could to accommodate us. Booking.com resolution required 2 frustrating phone calls, one that I was hung up on, to resolve. Loved the hotel, hate Booking.com.

Walking in and seeing how clean the property is. Seeing that the pictures that was shown online is the exact way the property looks in person.

Gm Mrs. Joanna Sexton was very helpful in solving my problem with the late arrival due to extreme weather conditions. Bolking as as company on the other side - was not very active.

The location. There was an Applebee’s across the street as well as a Walmart. Lots of restaurants around. Close to the highway.
